Big Week at School

Luke's school picture is legendary. 

Josh's shows off his new-found fashion sense and new hairdo. :) 

Friday was the first of the monthly assemblies to present "Grit" awards to students.  Over the course of the year, all students will receive one, so that's cool.  Luke, Sam, and Rogen got one this month! We call them the 3 Amigos. 

He wasn't very happy to stand in front of the tree and get his picture taken. 

The whole school did a friendship project.  Each student painted one, and they put them around the trees at the front of the school.  

It will be really cool to see all the vibrant colors when it's finished!

We got to watch 3 football games this Saturday!  First was Josh's, and I only took video.  Second was Luke's where he got to play quarterback for a lot of the game.  

They mostly do hand-offs, but he got to throw a few passes too!  He threw one to his friend Rogen and Rogen caught it!

Josh is so sweet with younger kids.  This little toe head is Rogen's little brother, 4-year old Traygen.  He wanted his mom to come play in the sand with him, but she wanted to watch football.  Josh was willing to go "dig for treasures" with him!  

The third game was the Bobcats game.  We only watched about 1 quarter due to the rain...but the tailgate was a lot of fun!

Luke, Josh, Kyler, and Gabe sat in their seats to watch the game.  They're usually up at the wall behind our seats talking and laughing while they watch the game.  They're growing up. 

Sunday the boys went shooting.  Josh drove the pickup!!  His posture is perfection!

The deer won't even know what hit 'em.
