| Thursday night we went to Buffalo Wild Wings with the three spicy wing lovers (Mike Sr, Mike Jr and Josh) and had a great time watching the toughest dude I know chow down on some seriously spicy wings. |

| Josh was not quite excited about his Dino Dash -- it was cold and his brother decided not to go so he was alone -- but he was not going to skip it. |

| He quickly found a friend in the starting coral and he ran in the older group (the race age was capped at 10). He was in the front pack and ran really fast. The whole race only took him 5 minutes and he had about 7 obstacles to do as he ran around the lake. |

| He stayed pretty dry, but his legs were so muddy! |

| This is his After Picture. I love the rain drops on his eyebrow, and his out of breath smile. He's so tough. |
