Happy Memorial Day!

Luke's class had their spring musical performance of the water cycle on Tuesday.  He's in the back row, wearing his Play Shirt and suit pants.

Acting out what water does...

Falling from the sky...

I love this elementary school stuff. :)

Isn't he the sweetest?

After the performance was his lunch break, so we went to Chipotle for lunch.

Thursday we did STEM in the classroom, and we measured how quickly our homemade boats made it down the creek.  Luke volunteered to be the "catcher" of the boats, so he got to sit on a board for the whole lesson.

Thursday night Luke had a big baseball game.  I LOVE how he looks in his tiny pants.

Gramma and Grampa Wright came to town for the big game, and stayed Friday until we left for camping at Hauser.  They had a fun game of cribbage Friday morning.

We planted our gardens-- this year we're doing less plants and more attention to them.  This is Josh's side.  jalapeños, strawberries, cucumbers, and marigolds.

Luke's side has lettuce, strawberries, broccoli, and marigolds.

Friday we left for Hauser Lake camping, and Josh is making himself right at home in the front seat.

We "camped" at Marissa and Roger's  lake house, and got to help with some projects.  The boys put in the docks, wearing wetsuits and waders to help with the 55 degree water.

Derek was our first surfer of the year. :) Full wetsuits were pretty mandatory.

Josh was so happy surfing!  I don't know how he handled the shorty wetsuit, how did he not get cold???

The weather was incredible, but we still needed wetsuits.  Here is Mike on the first of his surfing trips this year.

Luke was killing it on his wakeboard.

Luke is in the back, Gabe and Josh in the front -- makes for a fun tubing ride!

We found this random pedal boat out floating in the lake, and decided to rescue it.  The boys were trying to pedal it across the lake, but it just didn't work, so we towed them home.

This picture was something I found while I was downloading pictures...apparently Josh thinks its funny how long Luke's hair is....

The Harley's are here for a few days, so we of course went to ice cream right away.
