Long Weekend

This picture is not from the weekend, but it is still going in this post.  The boys hiked to the M with their summer babysitter, Kara.  They won't smile, but they told me it was a lot of fun.

Friday night was movie night. We didn't see Jurassic World, although the sign was too tempting to ignore.  Do you like Luke's scary face?  We saw Inside Out, which we loved.

Josh has been running at recesses at school and earning Toe Tokens. He's ran about 100 miles in the last two months, so I told him he's ready to become my running partner.  Friday morning we set off for a 30-minute run with Luke on the scooter, Ruby as happy as a clam! Let's just say it was not a total success, but it was a success nonetheless.  Josh and I ran a lot, Ruby had fun and Luke played at the playground.  I thought it was a nice way to start our three day weekend.

Later that afternoon we went to Bozeman Beach with two friends. This is Cole, whose mom takes pictures to share. :)

Saturday I had a helper to paint the scuffed up wall in our bedroom. I could not find the exact paint color to do touch-ups with, so we just painted the whole stinking wall a color as close as I could find to the original.  Luke was a huge help.  He painted hte section from ankles to 5' with spotty coverage, but he did it!  And he didn't really miss any spots so he was trying super hard.

He's working hard! His little squared jaw -- he's really concentrating!

Saturday night we went to Rio Sabinos for Father's Day dinner.  These three are goofballs for sure.
