Luke's Birthday Week

Luke's birthday was on Friday this year, which was the same day as our Company meeting and Christmas party.  We decided to let him open his gifts on Thursday before we took him to dinner.  He was so excited to open his gift from Josh.

What about this custom wrap job?

That face is INTENSE.

He's pretty happy with just a glimpse of the side of the box.

It's the Mastadon, the biggest baddest nerf gun ever. He's thrilled.

He asked for a Go Pro, so we wrapped a pair of pajama pants in a Gear Pro box. (That's the knock off Go Pro that we bought a few years ago.) He was very confused when he saw the wrapped gift inside the box.
The next gift was the GoPro he wanted, wrapped in a  shoe box and recording, so that we could see his reaction.
Buffalo Wild Wings for birthday dinner.  He said he thinks this is the 3rd year in a row that we went to BWW for birthday dinner.
Sparkles helped wish him a happy birthday!

I brought treats (brownies shaped like Christmas trees, with green frosting and m&ms on them) to the classroom.  This is during the singing Happy Birthday.

Saturday morning was Barnard Santa brunch.  The boys looked so handsome in their suits.

We had a lively game of 31 after we watched Rogue One and had Panda Express for dinner.  What a fun day!

Sunday was Luke's birthday party at the Ridge.  I love that they have this announcement sign.

We chose the Ridge because they had Zorb balls for a party activity.  they were so much fun!

Kyler had a great time attacking people with the safety of a big ball of air.

They'd charge from across the gym!

Josh kept yelling "This is awesome!"

Gabe, Josh, and Kyler.  The Big Boys.

Ty and Connor were the cutest to watch because they were so short their little feet hardly even stuck out of the bottom.

That's a heck of a charge!

After the Zorb Balls, we did sang to Luke and had cake and ice cream.

They were quiet for about 1 minute right after everyone had their food.

After presents, they had more time in the Fun Zone.  It's funny to me that after all this time, they still like the ball pit.
